Archie Ignacio is the Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in the market research industry. He brings vast experience in hiring, managing and developing highly impactful teams; focusing on Client Services, Operations, Systems and Technology.

He started his career in the online space as a Project Manager with Lightspeed Research, managing studies ranging from product and ad testing to continuous tracking. In 2006, he worked for Toluna as an Associate Director and was the company’s first hire for Operations in the US. He was instrumental in helping develop, lead and establish the very first office and operations team presence in the states.

Prior to joining Snware Research, Archie spent the last 10 plus years with Op4G. He started as the Vice President of Operation, moving to Executive Vice President and his latest role as the Chief Information Officer. His main focus was in operations, strategy and technology, where he engineered, managed, led and help create Op4G’s very first proprietary survey and management tool.

He lives in Verona, NJ with his wife and 2 young children. When not solving problems, he enjoys anything sports-related, traveling, the outdoors, all sorts of food, and spending quality time with family and friends.
