Tasks & Activities Survey Scripting
· Review survey questionnaires and formulate recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout.
· Programming: Use specialized survey software tools to program surveys, ensuring that questions are presented logically and in a user-friendly manner.
· Test surveys to ensure all client instructions/standards, programming instructions, logic, flow have been implemented.
· Prepare the survey for launch based on client standards and requirements.
· Perform soft launch data checks to ensure that the programming is functioning flawlessly.
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to survey programming.
Communication
· Communicate via email with both the client and internal team members.
· Respond to the client’s email within 15 minutes with clear and effective writing.
Learning
· Explore the advanced features of survey software, such as MaxDiff, Conjoint, Typing tools, and more.
· Learn and implement custom setups and features using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
Skills Required · Technical and Problem Solving skills.
· Effective Communication skills.
· Should have capable to program Level 3 compexity job indepentently in Decipher.
· Confident / Go-getter, Flexible,Team player and proactive.
Experience Required · 1+ years of experience with the Decipher survey programming tool.
· Good in Survey Scripting , Linc QC and Data delivery.
· Languages known (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JScript).
· Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From office.
