Role Definition
A Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and executing testing strategies to ensure products and services meet established quality standards and deliver a highquality outcome.
Responsibility Deliverables 1 Estimate the job effort by reviewing the questionnaire.
2 Survey Testing.
3 Data Validation (As per requirement).
4 Client Handling
Tasks & Activities
· Firstly, the QA person needs to review the draft and determine how much effort will be required to test the survey link.
· Test the survey and note down the errors.
· Create a feedback file and share it with the programmer.
· Recheck the feedback points to ensure everything is running fine on the link.
· Perform overlay testing.
· Responsible for validating the data of complex studies.
· Responsible for tracking the emails and obtaining job updates from the client.
· Responsible for handling client queries as well as scripter queries and organizing them.
· Communicate with scripting team on daily basis to seek their challenges they met during the shift.
Skills Required · Technical and Problem Solving skills.
· Effective Communication skills.
· Link QC and date check using Excel/SPSS.
Experience Required · 1+ years of Survey Testing, Link QC and Data Check using Excel/SPSS.
· Good in Survey Scripting and Linc QC.
· Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From office.
