Baisakhee Ghosh is the Senior Panel Manager at Snware Research. She is responsible for Managing the Panel Team with over 16 years of progressive experience in Market Research Industry.
She brings onboard her expertise into Panel Development, Recruitment, Retainment, Engagement and Project Management.

She started her career as Business Analyst into secondary market research managing competitive intelligence and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Identification & Profiling projects.
In 2012, she worked as Project Manager for Truven for Indian and Australian markets managing KOL projects.
Later in 2016, she took up the opportunity to work as Panel Manager to set up Online Healthcare Community from scratch for a Panel Company in India.

She lives in Bangalore, India with her family and enjoys travelling, photography, food and fashion when not at work.
